I had two bits of work done with this company. I had 4 doors replaced because they weren’t closing properly anymore, and I also had gutters installed to keep my porch from flooding. Initially, when Mr Handyman installed the new doors, they closed, but after about a month the doors were having issues again. They made right on their 1 year warranty and I was taken care of, shout out to the GM and Dwayne. I feel confident that my doors are all good to go now. We have a solid wood front door that was hitting the frame when try to close or open. This made the door stick and had to jerk to open or slam to shut.Within a day Mr. Handy returned our call the same day and set up an appointment the next day. Throughout the service there was excellent communication provided.The issue with our door was fixed. Highly recommend.
Needed helped getting a ceiling fan installed. I was able to get an appointment the next day after submitting a request. I received a call and text from the technician prior to arrival. They were knowledgeable in the task I needed and quick with installation. Would use for future services again.
A car hit our home a few weeks back doing significant damage to the outside and inside of our home. Mr. Handyman took excellent care of us, matched our insurance company quote (which was lower than the cost of the work), and make our home look even better than it did before the accident. Mathew and Kevin just completed my entry way light installation. 100% professional, kind, and friendly would be an understatement. They were careful (moving a 16 ft ladder) not to damage anything, the job was done properly, and cleaned up when they were finished.An estimate was provided without a visit and installation was completed the next day!Highly recommended!

Unfortunately Mr Handyman was unable to rehang my storm door due to screws were damaged and the whole door was going to need to be replaced. Because I am soon going to get all around doors and windows replaced, I elected to just remove the door until then. I do so APPRECIATE the timeliness of their response to my inquiry. And above all the HONESTY AND INTEGRITY about what they could and could not do. Even though we did not do business with each other, I was impressed with this.
He was very professional. He came in and explained what he was going to do. They estimated the job to be 8 hours, he finished the job 5 hours earlier than that! I was really impressed. Thank you so much. I will edit this post with the before and after pictures
Called to replace an interior bedroom door. First technician came out and did an incredibly poor job. Typically my wife and I would be able and willing to do the task, but with a newborn baby, we figured we would hire it out and save the stress and energy. We should have done it ourselves. We told them exactly what we wanted, a flush white door to match the other rooms in the hallway. First off, the tech came to the house and measured the door and went to Home Depot to pick up the door. He said he would do most of the work outside because of the baby and install it. I trusted he got the door we agreed to and didn't pay him much attention until the job was complete. He installed the wrong door, a 6 panel door, not a flush door and the work was incredibly sloppy. His excuse was it was the only one in stock. I called the main office, where they were actually very helpful in fixing the issue and sent out a second technician to fix it. I went to Home Depot myself to verify the door we needed was in stock and called them back to give them the exact SKU we needed and that there were 5 in stock. The only problem here was he had to go to Home Depot 3 times because he kept getting the wrong door. What was supposed to be a 2-3 hour job lasted from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. the whole purpose of hiring a handman is to save time and stress. We saved none of those. We had other errands to run that day that we could not get done. And to compensate us for the inconvenience, we received a whole $20 discount on labor. The only reason they get 2 stars instead on 1 is because they actually came back out to make it right, but is was a 9+ hour day of staying home and wasting our time. Not a happy customer and cannot recommend
